If your home is damaged, please only reach out once you are safe, taking photos and sending details of damage kpgpm@email.propertyme.com.
Prior to beginning the process, ensure the issue is an emergency, and not routine maintenance; 'emergency maintenance' is defined in the RTRA Act:1.
1. Locate your most recently signed Form 18a - General Tenancy Agreement, this would have been emailed to you at the time of signing or you can download a copy from your tenant portal.
2. Find the nominated repairers either on page 2 or page 8 of the Agreement, or in the attached annexure.
3. Contact the required trade and arrange for them to attend to the repair
4. Email your Property Manager to advise them of the issue and the steps you have taken to resolve it.
