Kindred is proud to announce a partnership with the Dolphins as the clubâs Official Real Estate Partner, marking an exciting step forward in our shared commitment to community, connection and growth across the Redcliffe and Moreton Bay region.
This partnership builds on a long-standing relationship between Kindred and the Dolphins, with our team having supported both the Dolphinsâ NRL side and the Redcliffe Dolphins over many years. Formalising this connection brings together two organisations grounded in teamwork, trust and local pride.
There is also a strong personal connection between the two, with Dolphins foundation player Mark âThe Goatâ Nicholls now part of the Kindred team, beginning his post-football career in real estate.
Kindred Property CEO Amanda Melville said the partnership reflects a shared vision for the future.
âWeâre proud to partner with the Dolphins, a club that shares our deep connection to the Moreton Bay community,â said Melville.
"Trust is at the heart of both Kindred and the Dolphins. From helping a family navigate one of life's biggest decisions, to fostering a high-performance team culture that performs on the field - success is achieved through having honest and strong relationships.
"Both Kindred and the Dolphins are focused on growth and building something long-lasting - whether that's helping people achieve their property goals, or creating a rugby league club generations of fans can be proud of.
"This partnership will also create further opportunities for us to engage with fans, families and residents of our local community on the peninsula, across Moreton Bay and beyond.
"We're your other home team and alongside this proud club we're excited to make a real difference to everyday people every day."
At Kindred, weâre known for doing real estate differently, with a strong focus on teamwork and a clear game plan built around each customerâs goals. This partnership reflects that approach, aligning with a club that shares our belief in people-first outcomes and long-term impact.
Together with the Dolphins, weâre committed to making a positive difference in the community. By combining Kindredâs customer-focused approach with the Dolphinsâ dedication to building a proud and connected club, this partnership is centred on delivering meaningful outcomes for the region.
Dolphins CEO Terry Reader also highlighted the alignment between the two organisations.
âKindred is a brand that genuinely represents our community,â said Reader. âTheyâve supported the Dolphins for a long period of time and to now welcome them as our Official Real Estate Partner is an exciting step forward.
âWe are aligned in our values around people, trust and community, and we are looking forward to working together to create meaningful impact both on and off the field.â
As part of the partnership, Kindred sales signboards will now feature the Dolphins NRL logo, proudly displayed in front yards across the region.
