Sometimes the right property comes up and you need to move fast — before you've had a chance to inspect it. If that's you, this declaration lets you submit your application sight unseen, so we can keep things moving while you arrange a look.

Declaration – accept property sight unseen

I acknowledge I have applied for the property and wish to submit my application for approval though I have not viewed the property, despite the agent’s strong recommendations.

The applicant/s accept the property in its current condition, presented with the understanding that all obligatory legislative requirements of the lessor have been met at this property.
